Description✓Role: Senior Safety Assessment Specialist
✓Contracting Authority: Public Sector
✓Contract Length: 18 Months
✓Location: Reading [Burghfield] – 100% working on site
✓IR35: Inside
✓Pay Rate to Candidate: Hourly rate negotiable
✓Clearance: Active DV only
✓Minimum requirement:
✓* Active DV clearance
✓* Experience working in high hazard industries, with safety cases
✓* Experience preparing and uplifting safety cases
✓* Experience of Change control – assessment on security
✓* LOD [Lines of Defence] methodology.
✓Desirable:
✓* Experience of producing change control documentation and its progression through governance routes
✓* Degree – science related degree eg science/physics/Chemical Engineering
✓* Ideally come from a Nuclear specific background eg Sellafield, AWE, etc
✓* Experience working on classified items
