Job Title: Repairs Planner
Location: Birmingham [flexible, hybrid working]
Contract type:Temp to perm
Hourly rate: £15ph paid weekly via umbrella
In this role as a Repairs Planner, your key responsibilities will be:
Provide administrative support to fleet, facilities and maintenance services
Check and validate orders, both internal and subcontracted
Providing great customer service to tenants and customers
Creating invoices and raising PO's
Helping to create reports on work orders etc
To be successful in this Repairs Planner role you will have:
Experience in a maintenance environment - repairs planner/ scheduler/ fleet maintenance/ logistics coordinator etc
The ability to work alone or in a team
Good administrative and customer service skills
Good planning and analytical skills
