✓Location: Birmingham [flexible, hybrid working]
✓Contract type:Temp to perm
✓Hourly rate: £15ph paid weekly via umbrella
✓In this role as a Repairs Planner, your key responsibilities will be:
✓Provide administrative support to fleet, facilities and maintenance services
✓Check and validate orders, both internal and subcontracted
✓Providing great customer service to tenants and customers
✓Creating invoices and raising PO's
✓Helping to create reports on work orders etc
✓To be successful in this Repairs Planner role you will have:
✓Experience in a maintenance environment - repairs planner/ scheduler/ fleet maintenance/ logistics coordinator etc
✓The ability to work alone or in a team
✓Good administrative and customer service skills
✓Good planning and analytical skills
