Street Cleansing Supervisor
Description✓We are currently recruiting for a Street Cleansing Supervisor on behalf of our public sector client based in Barking and Dagenham.
✓The role will be responsible for and carry out the day to day supervision of a multi skilled team of Drivers and Operatives to ensure delivery of Street Cleansing services
✓The successful applicant will have experience, knowledge and understanding of street cleansing, with previous experience of providing and supervising a front-line service.
✓Key duties will include:
✓Be daily accountable for service quality, supervise and plan staff to ensure excellent customer service
✓As required receive and respond to enquiries from Members, Partners and the community to ensure satisfactory service resolution in respect of comments and complaints received
✓Supervise and plan staff and resources
✓Promptly deal with all complaints received ensuring comprehensive feedback to the public
✓Produce and collate performance information in relation to resource allocation and availability
✓Monitor and assess performance in line with standards and performance objectives
✓Provide and maintain details of incidents, accident investigations and complaints
✓Carry out regular appraisal of staff
