Training Coordinator
Description✓We are in a very fortunate position to be able to deliver a fantastic training programme both to staff internally on a wide range of topics from autism awareness and understanding, sign-a-long and much more through to providing external training to businesses and individuals looking to gain a solid understanding of Autism.
✓We are now looking for a very talented Training Coordinator to join us working part time 22 hours per week!
✓The role:
✓* To create, design and deliver various training workshops
✓* Find suitable training solutions for any new needs
✓* Update and develop our learner cloud system to enhance learner experience
✓* To conduct research on new topics for training which will support the material used for new courses
✓* Be able to communicate new training opportunities to the organisation in a fun and engaging way
✓* Plan and organise workshops either on or off site successfully
✓Our ideal candidate:
✓* Would have knowledge on the different learning styles
✓* Has worked within a training delivery capacity
✓* Confident in creating and delivering courses effectively
