✓The starting salary is between £34,530 - £42,880 dependent upon your level of experience.

✓THE JOB:
✓To assist the Store Manager in providing the best possible shopping experience by exceeding customers' expectations and offering uniquely engaging customer experience.
✓You will undertake and oversee all retail/store duties as expected

✓You will also ensure that you operate using minimal costs, optimum operational efficiency, tightly controlled inventory and price change, strong due diligence, procedural compliance and accurate accounts.
✓The Assistant Store Manager will develop the knowledge and initiative of their employees and has the responsibility to motivate their staff to encourage excellent performance and ensure high levels of staff retention.
✓You will work 45 hours per week and weekend work will typically occur 50% of the time.
