✓We're on the lookout for a Branch Supervisor with a can-do attitude to join our team of leading windows and doors repair and replacement specialists in the UK
✓With over 35 years of experience in the industry, we've established ourselves as the go-to experts for UK Blue Chip Insurance companies
✓Our proven track record of delivering excellent service first time means that you'll be joining a team of professionals dedicated to providing the best possible results.
✓As our Branch Supervisor, you'll be based in Aylesford - Kent and will be responsible for overseeing a small but busy branch
✓This will involve supervising 4 fitting teams and 1 surveyor, as well as completing surveys when required
✓We're looking for someone with extensive knowledge of the double-glazing industry and experience in supervising teams and achieving deadlines
✓You'll need to be self-motivated, with excellent time management and organisational skills
✓Attention to detail is a must, as is a focus on customer service and performance.
✓Requirements of the Branch Supervisor:
✓* Knowledge of the double-glazing industry is essential
✓* Experience of supervising teams and achieving deadlines
✓* Good time management skills, ability to prioritise branch workloads to achieving required branch and company targets
✓* Must have attention to detail
✓* Must be self-motivated
✓* Good organisational skills
✓* Customer Service and performance focused.
