Field Service Engineer
Description✓Due to continued expansion my client who is a leading global developer and manufacturer of retail and banking equipment has multiple vacancies for a Field Service Engineer.
✓This role will require the engineer to go to each customer site and fix the problems that they are having with either their POS, SCO, IT Equipment etc and/or general servicing.
✓Main responsibilities :
✓* Installation, commissioning, service and maintenance of the full product range
✓* Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships through good communications and support.
✓* Ensuring that records are maintained for service work, parts used, field reports, etc.
✓* On-site training of customers in the correct use of products
✓* Telephone support, including on call remote support during out of hours for the range of products, to customers
✓* Any other ad hoc duties as required
✓Required Skills:
✓* Full driving licence
✓* Minimum of 1 years retail and break fix experience [SCO, POS, Pin Pads, Scanners, Tills, printers, back office IT equipment
