International Account Manager - Europe
Description✓Do you have good relationships with major European retailers and wholesalers?
✓Perhaps you specialise in just one European country or work across the EU – either experience is fine and just what we are looking for.
✓We are looking for an European International Account Manager with flair and true relationship building experience who knows and understands the major retailers – my client sells worldwide and throughout Europe is a strong market for them and they want to increase their International Sales Team.
✓You will be used to working in a fast moving environment and pride yourself on your sales and relationship building experience

✓Your role will be:
✓As a successful European International Account Manager, you will be responsible for the full portfolio of products across several well-known existing retail, wholesale and trading partners.
✓You will be expected to build effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver profitable growth within your account base, whilst delivering new opportunities.
✓You will have:
✓Experience of managing major retailers and having the ability to network with all departments
✓Strong trading experience and capable of spotting new opportunities
✓Become an expert of the account and the market we operate in
✓Excellent sales, negotiation, planning and organisational skills
✓Business acumen and commercial awareness
✓Strong IT and numeracy skills with the ability to manage and process data
✓Excellent verbal and written communication.
✓You will deliver:
✓Deliver on forecasted budgets & other targets for both existing accounts and new business
✓Lead development and negotiate with retail partners
✓Ensuring tenders, pricing and ranges are delivered in full and on time.
✓Work closely with your buying and merchandising teams to forecast supply volume.
✓The YOU we are looking for is:
✓Experienced European sales in the FMCG sector
✓A self-starter – having strong conviction and bias for action
✓A communicator with vision
✓Able to manage existing large accounts and bring in new business
✓Personable and empathetic
✓Possess a winning mind set
