✓As Plant Area Manager you will be in charge of the outdoor area of our Garden Centre which includes planning and supervising staff in the daily running of the plant area
✓Making sure that all the stock is clearly on show with pricing, mixed with replenishment and merchandising
✓You will also be in charge of developing your team, ensuring they offer the best customer service.
✓Ideal candidate
✓For this role and our company, you need to be friendly with an engaging personality while having a genuine love for retail and customer service
✓To be in the plant area you need to share that love for retail with a passion for plants, plant knowledge is an absolute must in this role as you will be passing this on to customers and colleagues.
