Procurement Administrator

✓We have a 6 month fixed term contract Procurement Administrator opportunity just for you!
✓Representing the Catalogue Management Team, you will provide front line service management of our clients eCommerce catalogues across a variety of systems.
✓Reporting directly to the Transactional Procurement Systems Manager, operating within a key function to manage Supplier catalogues on behalf of SBS clients, you will be collaborating closely with a wide range of internal and external partners to supporting the smooth management of the end to end purchase to pay process.

✓This opportunity is based on a 6 month FTC but due to the growth of the team there is the potential for these roles to be extended.
✓What you will doing:
✓* Working with existing clients and the supply chain to maintain the accuracy of price lists held within our catalogue management system
✓* Undertaking quarterly reviews of client catalogues to ensure accuracy and suggest ways of optimising catalogues for our client base
✓* Collaborating with wider teams to ensure that all customer requirements are delivered to a high standard
✓* Pro-actively engaging with the Finance and Accounting department to support prevention of issues, and engage with process improvement activities across the P2P process
✓* Handling client and supplier queries to resolve issues quickly and accurately.
✓What you will bring:
✓* Experience with an administrative role, preferably customer facing
✓* A proven track record to deliver quickly and accurately to customers
✓* A high level of organisational skills, effective time-management and a proactive approach to delivery
✓* Ability to use knowledge, judgement, and technical skills to quickly and competently resolve incoming queries
✓* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✓It would be great if you had:
✓* Procurement or public sector experience
✓* Knowledge and experience of P2P / eProcurement systems [ideally Oracle / GHX Nexus / Powergate]
