Purchasing Administrator - Potential for Perm

DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for a Temporary Purchasing Administrator / Buyer for a Company in Ferndown
ROLE: Purchasing Admin / Buyer
SALARY: £13.74ph-16.48ph DOE [£25-30K]
LOCATION: Ferndown
ROLE TYPE: Temporary for 4 weeks but likely to extend to 2-3 months with the potential to go perm
HOURS: Monday to Friday 35 hours per week

START DATE: Week commencing 19th June
Role purpose:
Update received deliveries on internal systems - SAGE
Process purchasing request using project specific BOM's and Sage 50
Raising of Purchase Orders on Sage 50
Build supplier relationships.
Source new suppliers as required
Negotiating price with suppliers
Reporting on purchase priceWe'd love to speak to candidates who:
Have previous purchasing/buyer experience
Are great at building and maintaining relationships
