Showroom Consultant

DescriptionOur highly successful client based in Old Amersham is looking for a Part Time Sales Consultant
You must be confident, motivated, sales and customer focused
You will be providing first class customer service and support to clients as they view their range of products within the showroom.
This is a part time role- minimum of 2 days a week
[Must be flexible for weekend work and extra days as and when, when requested by the Showroom Manager]
Responsibilities:
* Receiving visitors in a polite and professional manner
* Reporting to and working closely with the showroom manager
* Managing an end-to-end sales process
* Complete daily reports, along with ad-hoc reports when required
* Lead generation- contact 3 warm leads per day
* Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and consistently with store policy
* Liaising with stake holders within the business
* Support and manage showroom space
* Upselling key items to customers
* Professional retail experience in a sales advisor or supervisory role
* A brand ambassador with in-depth product knowledge
* Any other ad-hoc duties
Essential Skills:
* Experience managing a store independently
* Luxury sales experience
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Team player
* Comfortable with working on your own and as part of team
