Showroom Consultant
Description✓Our highly successful client based in Old Amersham is looking for a Part Time Sales Consultant
✓You must be confident, motivated, sales and customer focused
✓You will be providing first class customer service and support to clients as they view their range of products within the showroom.
✓This is a part time role- minimum of 2 days a week
✓[Must be flexible for weekend work and extra days as and when, when requested by the Showroom Manager]
✓Responsibilities:
✓* Receiving visitors in a polite and professional manner
✓* Reporting to and working closely with the showroom manager
✓* Managing an end-to-end sales process
✓* Complete daily reports, along with ad-hoc reports when required
✓* Lead generation- contact 3 warm leads per day
✓* Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and consistently with store policy
✓* Liaising with stake holders within the business
✓* Support and manage showroom space
✓* Upselling key items to customers
✓* Professional retail experience in a sales advisor or supervisory role
✓* A brand ambassador with in-depth product knowledge
✓* Any other ad-hoc duties
✓Essential Skills:
✓* Experience managing a store independently
✓* Luxury sales experience
✓* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
✓* Team player
✓* Comfortable with working on your own and as part of team
