✓In this position you will be responsible for sales development, you will have to demonstrate strong leadership towards your team, while providing your customers with exceptional service and taking care of the daily operations from store to store

✓We are looking for a person with a strong spirit of initiative, able to be immediately operational and to take ownership of the position
✓Previous experience in the world of perfumery or beauty is a plus but not essential.
✓Role & Responsibilities
✓Development and retention of your team so ensure continual high sales.
✓Continuous high levels of service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat custom.
✓Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new stock in a timely manner.
✓Full responsibility for recruiting, training, and supporting/upskilling Sales Associates.
✓Motivating and mentoring your team to meet sales objectives.
✓Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
✓Managing daily operations of the store such as payroll, store budgets and financial reporting.Desired Background
✓Previous experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a management position.
✓Proven leadership abilities with demonstratable success in driving sales.
✓A passion for customer service.
✓A high-level of knowledge in business management processes.
