✓We now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join a well-established and customer focused business in Harrow
✓Due to continued growth they have an opportunity for a driven individual to join their Client Services and Account Management team to work with clients across the UK.
✓This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual from an Account Manager, Client Support, Relationship Manager, Key Account Manager, Client Services or similar role who enjoys building long term relationships with and developing personalised solutions for clients
✓THE ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE:
✓Responding to enquiries from new and existing clients
✓Regularly meeting with clients in person and over video to build long term relationships with clients
✓Building a picture of each clients needs and building tailored solutions to best suit their situations
✓Recognising potential business opportunities from existing and new clients
✓Ensuring clients are kept in touch with on a regular basis
✓Handling and queries promptly
✓Ensure client on-boarding and ongoing service queries are managed efficiently and in a timely mannerTHE PERSON:
✓Experience in an Account Manager, Client Support, Relationship Manager, Key Account Manager, Client Services or similar role
✓Excellent communication skills and a passion for first class client services
✓Able to develop and maintain good solid business relationships with clients and able to work under pressure in different work situations.
