Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Manager
Generating sales through phone and face-to-face visits
Developing large-scale preferred supplier contracts across UK and EU
Instigating new sales strategies with senior management
Actively develop the sales channels between the 3 parts of the business
Manage budgets and ensure all profit margins are protected
Maintain and develop new business flows
Work with the marketing team to design and implement European sales campaigns 
Requirements for the Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Manager
The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience within freight forwarding/distribution/transport and logistics, demonstrating a successful track record
Extensive understanding of the UK market of the above sectors
The Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Manager must have the ability to build strong relationships with customers and be confident their sales approach
A strong understanding and knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Road and Ocean
