Salary – £25,000 - £40,000 DOE
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 16:30 & Friday 08:30 – 15:00

Based in the West Midlands, we are a training provider, who offer a huge variety of courses, both in person and online, to our national [soon to be international] customer base

We are looking for an experienced, proactive sales professional with a proven track record in B2B Sales to join us
If you are tenacious, like to think differently and solve problems then this is for you
The job is what make of it and needs someone who is happy to get stuck in
You will have KPI’s to hit, but we DO NOT micromanage
If you want your day planned out for you and your tasks set by a manager then this isn't for you, free thinking and entrepreneurial traits are encouraged.
What will I be doing every day as a Business Development Manager?
Working very closely alongside a reporting directly to the MD, you will:
You will be provided with a number of existing accounts to manage from day one, meaning you could potentially start earning commission straight away
We trust that you will continue to look after these and nurture them, increasing their spend year on year

Be provided with a database of customers to call
These will be a mixture of general enquiries, lapsed clients and low spending accounts

Attend meetings with decision makers to discuss training needs for their staff, identifying opportunities to link sell.

 Maintaining records of employer contacts and keeping an up-to-date pipeline.

 Achieving monthly sales targets and reporting on future sales forecasts regularly

Act as an account manager for all new business secured maintaining employer relationships

A solid track record of achieving results in a target-driven sales environment

Excellent telephone manner and IT Literate with Microsoft applications
