Business Development Manager
Description✓Business Development Manager required
✓My client is a leading packaging machinery supplier supporting customers across the country within a wide range of industries
✓The ideal candidate will come from a New Business sales background, will have direct experience with Packaging Machinery / Capital Equipment sales and will be based within a commutable distance of Stanmore.
✓A Full Driving Licence is required for this role.
✓Business Development Manager Position Overview
✓Driving new business development for the company
✓Undertaking Lead generation and qualification of new customers
✓Winning new business via a mix of visiting client sites, cold calling and telemarketing
✓Provide product and sales forecasts with updates of variations to expectations.
✓Managing new accounts brought on board by BDM efforts
✓Working in an office / on the road split of 60/40
✓Travelling to customer sites across the UK
✓Business Development Manager Position Requirements
✓Previous experience in a Business Development position essential
✓Proven track record of winning new business through a range of approaches
✓Experience in the packaging industry would be highly advantageous although general Machinery / Capital equipment sales will be considered
✓Prepared to travel throughout the UK as required
✓Based within a commutable distance of Stanmore
✓Full Driving licence

✓Salary £35,000 - £45,000 DOE
✓Company Bonus scheme
✓28 Days holiday inclusive of public holidays
✓Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00
