Client Account Executive - Bury - £24K
Description✓Senitor are pleased to be working with an exciting financial organisation in Bury, which services the automotive industry
✓Due to continuous growth within the business, they are looking for a Client Account Executive to join their friendly team, on a permanent basis.
✓Ideally, the successful candidate will have previous account management or administrative experience and also be confident in communicating with customers to facilitate their requirements as well as liaising with different teams across an organisation
✓We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills, with good analytical experience and ideally with experience in updating systems / databases with information
✓About the Role:
✓Undertake outbound telephone sales activity to existing customers [No Cold Calling!]
✓Provide direction and support for our customers to manage their Scheme effectively
✓Undertake a range of essential administrative and support activities for new and existing customers - emails, follow up phone calls, logging information.
✓Support marketing campaigns
✓Communicate with various other teams in the business
✓Update databases / systems with relevant information.
✓Carry out other administrative duties as required
✓Skills/Experience required:
✓Previous experience in a Sales Executive / Support, Account Management or Administration role.
✓Good IT skills - experience with Microsoft Office
✓Strong, confident, and effective communication and interpersonal skills
✓A proven track record in developing customer relationships and delivery of excellent service
✓Previous administration experience within a sales or customer-facing environment
✓Previous sales experience within the automotive would be highly desirable but not essential
