DescriptionLeading Automotive selling company with 150+ in stock at any time and growing are seeking two Contact Centre Advisors to join the company and hopefully grow to Car Sales Executives in the future, this is an excellent opportunity to come onboard at a grass roots level and grow.
Ideally you will have good communication skills and some basic IT skills and have a keen desire to start a career in Sales! Previous Customer Service facing roles are a big plus.

Contact Centre Advisor daily tasks:
Responsible for answering incoming communication from customers via phone, email, and live chat.
Assisting customers with monthly finance enquires.
Prospecting outbound calls to existing pipeline customers.
Booking appointments and taking reservation deposits
Commission will be paid for deposits taken
Any cancelling of deposits will not be paid commissions.
Be able to provide a helpful and professional service, utilising effective active listening, qualification/probing, overcoming objections and promoting the company and the vehicles
Suggesting next steps, including use of bookings and alerts to encourage visits and purchases.
There is no cold calling
They only deal with live genuine customer enquiries who are interested in their cars for sale.
Following up on appointments booked and assisting with the organisation of a successful vehicle collection, including providing updates to the customer as to the status of their vehicle
£24,000 Salary + £4-6,000 Bonus
Working pattern will include weekends on a rota basis [2 weekends on and 2 off] but 5 day working week- so 2 days off every week.
Monday - Friday 9:30 - 19:00; Saturday's 9:30 - 16:00; Sunday's 10:00 - 17:00
