Customer Retentions Advisor

DescriptionOur Role
As a Customer Retentions Advisor, you’ll take a consultative retention approach, building trust with our customers through straightforward, open, and honest conversations, getting a real understanding of their needs and how these change over time, you will identify why they are looking to leave us and then create a package that saves them time and money.

* Working in an outbound contact centre role is what you love because you’ve been doing it for a while, and you know you can do it well.

Experience and Skills Required
* IT literate, with knowledge of the effective use of Microsoft [Word, excel PowerPoint]
* No previous experience is required, we are looking for colleagues who wish to excel and are driven to succeed
* The drive and resilience required to support and win in a fast-paced Customer Service environment
* The personal gravitas required to establish credibility with colleagues and customers
* The self-awareness to identify own development needs and the desire to continually improve both self and the team
* The ability to communicate concisely and confidently

Rutherglen office
We’re based on south bank of the river Clyde, 3 miles from Glasgow City Centre our Rutherglen office is a few minutes on foot from both Rutherglen train station and Rutherglen town centre
We also have access to a bike locker if you choose to cycle in.
