Field Sales Executive
Description✓£23,000 - £26,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission [OTE £55,000] + Company Car and Corporate Benefits Package
✓We are currently seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team
✓You will have a passion for sales and the desire to push your career to the next level
✓This role is focused 100% on new business wins and is free of account management responsibility, which allows you the freedom to take the Elis service offering out to market with a clear focus.
✓We are able to offer a clear progression pathway for anyone joining our business in Field Sales through to National Accounts roles.
✓Responsibilities:
✓* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
✓* Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential customers.
✓* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
✓* Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers.
✓* Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide feedback to the company.
✓* Attend trade shows and conferences to promote the company's products.
✓* Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
✓Requirements:
✓* Experience in either B2B or B2C Sales.
✓* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
✓* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
✓* Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
