✓Their amazing products have been recognised to solve real challenges for individuals in the community, therefore, whilst this is a sales position, you'll also be delivering solutions that have a real impact.
✓As part of their growth, they're seeking a Graduate Trainee Sales Executive to join the team, whilst full training will be given, you'll need to demonstrate that you have natural communication skills with a natural sales ability.
✓THE GRADUATE TRAINEE SALES EXECUTIVE ROLE:
✓As a Graduate Trainee Sales Executive, you'll be working closely with other members of the sales team and the Sales Director who will work with you closely to train you in the key fundamentals of the role.
✓Handling inbound sales enquiries that come into the central inbox
✓Arranging a call with the prospect to identify their needs and discuss possible solutions.
✓Delivering a consultative and professional solution led sales approach when speaking with prospective clients.
✓Negotiating with clients and ensuring good margins are achieved, whilst retaining the client for future business.
✓Proactively following up quotes, preparing new quotes and aiming to close the order
✓Follow up project leads to identify opportunities.
✓Liaising with the Customer Service team to ensure that new customers are onboarded and that they receive a first class after care
✓Keeping in contact with customers to identify possible future sales opportunities and to retain the relationship.This is a great opportunity for a driven individual who wants to join a rapidly growing business where you want to build a career in sales

✓THE PERSON:
✓A recent University Graduate who is looking to join a company on a Graduate Trainee program where they can build a successful career in Sales or Business Development
