✓About this role
✓·Taking responsibility with the coordination of activities and processes throughout the recruitment lifecycle
✓·Assisting with CV Screening and holding assessment days
✓·Taking part in both online and face to face interviews
✓·Take part in projects including recruitment planning and attending careers fairs
✓·Day to day recruitment database administration
✓·Managing job postings, overseeing the creation of adverts and assembling interview documentation
✓·Managing a shared recruitment inbox and responding to candidate queries
✓
✓Recruitment Assistant - About you
✓·Must be educated to degree level [Bachelor's degree - any discipline]
✓·Able to maintain and build professional relationships
✓·Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
✓·Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
✓·Previous experience in recruitment
✓·Driving license is preferable
