✓Adecco Nottingham are currently recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to run their successful Temps desk!

✓If you are passionate, focused, driven, and have a hunger to grow and become part of a successful team, then this role is for you.

✓Previous experience in recruitment would be an advantage, however if you have strong sales background, B2B & love to challenge yourself, we would love to hear from you.

✓The right candidate will be continuing to keep the current temps desk running at its current success rate, with the opportunity to drive any new strategic ideas ensuring further achievements & success.
✓
✓Training and support within a friendly, fun, and dynamic team is provided continually, within branch and within the business.
✓
✓You will be reporting to the Branch Manager, the primary function of the Temp Recruitment consultant is to ensure their personal sales results contribute to the branch and the business overall.
✓
✓The Temps Recruitment Consultant is responsible for offering a consultative approach to both clients and candidates

✓What you’ll be doing
✓Achieving targets as set by the Branch Manager
✓Implementing personal business plans to achieve branch success
✓Creating, maintaining and expanding your client base within the SME space
✓Fully interviewing candidates to ensure you can take them to market and support candidates
✓Following market trends and developments and translating these into market strategy
✓Conducting client’s meetings as set out in your KPI’s and delivering business proposals to reflect the discussions
