✓Due to significant growth in one of our key business areas, we are looking for a consultant to join our record-breaking team in Cardiff
✓This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, highly successful specialist recruitment business working within the social housing sector.

✓We are seeking highly ambitious, driven individuals, to build long terms careers with us and continue our long-term expansion.
✓Initially you will be working alongside experienced consultants sourcing candidates to develop a pipeline to support future business needs.
✓Responsibilities will include:
✓• Marketing
✓• Production of job adverts
✓• Support pre-screening candidates
✓• Candidate interviews over video conferencing
✓• Industry Research
✓• Prepare Cv’s and candidate summary notes
✓• Managing candidate queries
✓In addition, you will be responsible for your own business area, engaging with clients, sourcing new business and managing the full recruitment process.
✓Experience of working in a high volume, customer focused role would be beneficial, but not essential & previous sales experience or knowledge of the housing sector could be beneficial, but again, not essential
✓This opportunity could suit a recent graduate looking for their first opportunity within recruitment within an exciting supportive environment
✓As a recruitment consultant you will need to be:
✓• Ambitious
✓• Self-motivated
✓• A good communicator
✓• Well organised
✓• Have good IT Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
✓• Have high attention to detail

✓Training:
✓• There will be hands-on job training provided from day 1.
✓• You will be working in an open plan office, closely with other members/departments and working from home opportunities are available on Fridays
✓• You'll have the opportunity to learn from others, shadow/ask questions.
✓Working Hours
✓Monday to Thursday – 8.30 - 5.30
✓Friday – 8.30 - 5.00

✓• £22,500 + commission [first year OTE £30,000]
