Sales Account Manager
Description✓We are seeking an experience sales/customer Account Manager to join a successful engineering manufacturing company in Whitstable.
✓As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
✓• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies and marketing campaigns
✓• Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals
✓• Follow up with client after quotation to maximise conversion rates within agreed KPI’s.
✓• Order Processing – conduct contract review on orders to ensure accuracy prior to processing via ERP system.
✓Skills and Experience required:
✓• Proven track record of success in a B2B sales / customer Account Manager role within an engineering industry
✓• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
✓• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
✓• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability
✓Extra information/ benefits:
✓• Monday- Thursday 8am-4:30pm
✓• Friday 8am-1:30pm
✓• £35000-£40000 salary depending on experience
✓• 25 days holiday + bank holiday
