Sales Account Manager

DescriptionWe are seeking an experience sales/customer Account Manager to join a successful engineering manufacturing company in Whitstable.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies and marketing campaigns
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals
• Follow up with client after quotation to maximise conversion rates within agreed KPI’s.
• Order Processing – conduct contract review on orders to ensure accuracy prior to processing via ERP system.
Skills and Experience required:
• Proven track record of success in a B2B sales / customer Account Manager role within an engineering industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability
Extra information/ benefits:
• Monday- Thursday 8am-4:30pm
• Friday 8am-1:30pm
• £35000-£40000 salary depending on experience
