✓As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in matching top-tier candidates with our prestigious clients in the property services sector
✓Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to clients while building lasting relationships with both candidates and employers.
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓Conducting thorough candidate searches through various channels, including databases, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
✓Reviewing applications and conducting comprehensive interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
✓Proactively identifying and engaging with potential clients to understand their recruitment needs and building strong partnerships.
✓Managing the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
✓Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments within the property services sector.
✓Providing exceptional service to candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
✓Achieving personal and team-based recruitment targets.
✓Requirements:
✓Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the property services sector.
✓Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
✓Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
✓Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
✓A proactive and determined approach to achieving targets and delivering results.
✓Familiarity with applicant tracking systems [ATS] and other recruitment software is advantageous.
✓A genuine passion for recruitment and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
✓Remuneration:
✓The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum, in addition to an attractive commission structure
