Senior Sales Executive
Description✓We are recruiting for a Senior Sales Executive to join an award winning financial services provider based in Altrincham
✓You will be responsible for converting warm enquiries over the phone, ensuring an excellent customer experience and securing sales through consultative selling and rapport building
✓Working hours are Monday-Friday, with no late nights or weekends
✓You will receive a basic salary of £32,000 with uncapped commission - over £55,000 OTE

✓The Package for the Senior Sales Executive:
✓£32,000 with uncapped commission OTE - £55,000
✓23 days holiday plus bank holidays
✓Annual company bonus

✓Duties for the Senior Sales Executive:
✓Handling outbound and inbound calls from warm leads to secure sales of financial services
✓Carrying out consultations and advise on the most appropriate product/service
✓Providing accurate information to the customer to ensure they know all the features of the service and are given the highest level of customer care
✓Adhering to compliance scripts and regulatory procedures at all times
✓Working towards set sales targets and activity levels, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
✓Skills you need for the Senior Sales Executive:
✓Previous experience in a target-driven sales environment in positions such as Sales Executive, New Business Executive, Internal Sales Executive, Telesales Advisor or other similar sales roles
✓Must have experience working inbound and outbound sales
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✓Educated to GCSE level - B-Cs in Maths and English
✓The ability to understand complex products and advise on suitable services
✓Experience of managing a pipeline of customers
✓Confidence, ambition and desire to succeed
