✓£25k basic plus bonus

✓Established Company with Excellent Development Potential Our client is looking for a self-motivated, focused and determined salesperson to join their friendly team as an account manager
✓Based in an easily accessible office in Ashford, we are looking to attract proven salespeople who would like a change of industry
✓Ideal candidates would have strong sales backgrounds within a target-driven environment
✓Motor Trade experience would be an advantage but isn't essential.
✓Our client is a privately-owned vehicle sourcing and financing company based in Ashford
✓With nearly 20 years of trading under their belt, they are currently undertaking a period of controlled growth
✓The client has a policy of rewarding loyalty by promoting from within as they grow, so prospects are excellent for the right candidate.
✓Job Responsibilities
✓Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process so all customer expectations are met if not exceeded.
✓Naturally building a rapport with customers to identify and anticipate needs, and proactively promoting a suitable understanding of finance products and funder criteria.
✓Processing all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
✓Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of the motor industry.
✓To meet KPI targetsWhat we're looking for:
✓Previous sales experience is essential.
✓Willingness to meet and exceed sales targets, whilst working as part of a wider team
✓Strong closing skills
✓A commitment to exceptional customer service
✓Excellent numerical skills
✓Excellent Interpersonal skills
✓Can positively contribute to a first-class team.
✓Reliable and able to work using own initiative.Hours and Pay
✓£25k basic + Uncapped Bonus [Circa £30k first year OTE]
