✓Fast Paced, Positive WorkplaceDue to a period of sustained growth, our client, a vehicle leasing specialist based in Uckfield is looking for a motivated vehicle salesperson to join their team.
✓Organisation and the ability to work as a team member is a must but the client would ideally like a candidate with experience with Vehicle Leasing or the Motor Trade.
✓Role and Responsibilities
✓Selling and Leasing New and Used Vehicles
✓To provide an efficient and comprehensive telesales service
✓To maintain existing customer relationships
✓ensure a high level of repeat business for both additional and replacement vehicle requirements
✓Contact existing database entries to ascertain vehicle requirements
✓Contact new potential customers, to increase retail sales levels
✓To conduct face-to-face, out of office negotiations with customers to secure business
✓To work toward targets to ensure efficient use of time and to ensure KPI's are met as agreed with a member of management
✓Pay and Benefits
✓£24,000 basic + Bonus's ; £40k+ OTE
