✓Are you an adult care worker with experience supporting special needs?
✓Can you commit to 3 shifts per week?

✓Aura Education are working closely with an Adult Residential home that caters for service users who have additional, & special needs
✓The home requires a reliable, and dedicated staff member who wants to ensure the care given is to the highest standard.
✓At least 3 shifts are required each week, although there will be an opportunity to take over time if needed
✓The shifts range from 8am to 10pm weekly, Monday to Sunday.
✓The care home offers comfortable surroundings for their residents and staff and are equipped with the latest resources to make sure the best support can be given at all times.
✓The right candidate will ideally have a qualification in supporting adults with various needs, and experience working with needs such as ASD, SLD, Challenging Behaviour and communication difficulties would be a huge advantage
✓Due to the nature of the role and the service users, some personal care is required.
✓This is a Temp to perm vacancy, requiring the successful candidate to commit full time, three, 10-14 hour shifts a week, and some relevant training will be offered to the right candidate
✓The rates of pay are competitive at £10-£13ph [DoE], and the home is easily accessible via public transport around the area.
