£18 per hour Agency worker - Charity
Description✓Charity' in Sleaford is looking for an Agency worker to join on a full-time holding a caseload of young people who are ready to leave the care system on a full-time basis
✓Therapeutic care, working with YP whom's first language is not English, understanding of Trauma and safeguarding in paramount.
✓Our client is a leading charity that leads in children social services and has Outstanding Ofsted ratings
✓Your office is located in Peterborough or Sleaford, there will be flexibility to work from home from time to time
✓Your working hours will be between 9 to 17 Monday to Friday between normal office hours, which means you will not be working on evenings or weekends that gives a nice work life balance.
✓Desired skills:
✓Experience holding a caseload of vulnerable young people
✓Must be a car driver and have access to a car
✓Willingness to travel
✓Experience working with interpreters
✓Experience of being an agency workerHighlights of the role:
✓PA or Leaving care worker - with a project worker/agency worker contract
✓Minimum 3 months contract
✓Office based Peterborough or Sleaford - slight flex with home-working
✓Mileage is 0.45p per mile
✓£17 to £18 per hour with an umbrella service
✓Full-time 37 hours per week Monday to Friday 9 to 17, nice work life balance
