✓I am recruiting for an Assistant Manager for my client based in Southampton
✓The role is working with a local charity that provides support and respite to adults and children with complex care needs
✓The role is for 37 hours a week and will include weekdays, alternate week ends and sleep ins

✓As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Management team with the smooth running the service Your duty of care will not only be to the residents, but also to the team of adults working within the service
✓You will create positive relationships with the residents meeting their needs and safeguarding them at all times
✓You will need to provide and build structure, Consistency, and organisation
✓You will create care plans, setting boundaries and expectations for the clients
✓What you'll need to succeed
✓You will already have experience working as an assistant Manager or as a Senior Support Worker who is looking for the next step up and experience of working with adults and children with complex care needs is essential
✓You must hole your Level 3 Health & Social Care Certificate or equivalent
✓You will be a motivated, flexible and a reliable person who has experience working with high levels of challenging behaviours
