✓I am currently representing Hackney Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience
✓We are looking for a Assistant Youth Worker this role will be: E8 1DY
✓The right candidate will:
✓We are looking for Assistant Youth Workers to help us to work towards the achievement for better outcomes for children, young people and families in Hackney.
✓The Assistant Youth Worker is responsible and accountable for the delivery and evaluation of high quality open access and targeted programmes of youth work, primarily delivered through Young Hackney Youth Hubs, and via outreach in schools and community settings.
✓We require the following:
✓* Experience working within a local authority DESIRABLE.
✓*
✓Experience of delivering open access and targeted youth work/ youth participation programmes is essential.
