✓• Overall management and operation of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care are maintained.

✓• Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy levels, ensuring the home operates efficiently.
✓• Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and legislation, including CQC standards.
✓Requirements:
✓• Valid Nursing Pin [Active NMC Registration].
✓• Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience within a care home setting.
✓• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
✓• Sound knowledge of current care practices and regulations.
✓• Strong business acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
