✓Role requirements
✓As a Community Care Worker [Female] you’ll have an ability to provide care delivered with compassion and enthusiasm, while contributing positively to an individual’s physical and emotional wellbeing
✓You’ll need:
✓At least 3 months experience of caring professionally or for a loved one in the UK
✓The ability to comfortably assist clients with limited mobility
✓A valid Moving and Handling certificate
✓The right to work in the UK
✓Applicants must hold a valid driver's license and have reliable access to a personal vehicle
✓You could make a difference to an individual's life
✓Your various responsibilities will include assisting with medication administration, close monitoring throughout the night, assisting with various activities during the day and supporting her to access the community.
✓In this role, you will be delivering person-centred care in the home of a female service user who has Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder and Dissociative Fugue States which means she experiences episodes of Amnesia
✓Our service user is a very friendly individual who loves to have fun and enjoys engaging with her carers
✓We are looking for a patient and compassionate female carer to join our small, friendly team of healthcare professionals.
✓Day shifts: Monday and Wednesday [10:00-16:00]
✓Waking night shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday [22:00-07:00].
