✓Role requirements
✓As a Community Support Worker you’ll have an ability to provide care delivered with compassion and enthusiasm, while contributing positively to an individual’s physical and emotional wellbeing
✓You’ll need:
✓At least 3 months experience of caring professionally or for a loved one in the UK
✓The ability to comfortably assist clients with limited mobility
✓A valid Moving and Handling certificate
✓The right to work in the UK
✓Applicants must hold a valid driver's license and have reliable access to a personal vehicle
✓You could make a difference to an individual's life
✓This young man has been identified with very complex health needs
✓His needs can fluctuate throughout the day and he relies on others to anticipate and meet his physical, emotional, psychological and social needs at all times
✓He enjoys being in an active environment, listening to music, participating in sensory activities and going out on trips.
✓In this role, you will be providing 2:1 care for a young male service user living with complex healthcare conditions including cerebral palsy, severe learning difficulties, epilepsy, quadriplegia, registered blind and aspiration events.
✓Shifts: Days [08:00–20.00] and waking nights [phone number removed].
