✓The successful candidate will have a proven track record in deputy managerial positions within a care setting and hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification
✓They will be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager in the efficient operation of the care home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓Assist the Registered Manager in the day-to-day management of the care home
✓Provide strong leadership and support to the care staff team
✓Maintain excellent standards of care, adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines
✓Ensure the care home operates effectively in line with the needs of the residents
✓Oversee the implementation of care plans and risk assessments
✓Collaborate with external stakeholders to maintain positive relationships and promote the care home's services
✓Uphold a person-centered approach, promoting dignity, independence, and respect
✓Requirements:
✓Previous experience as a Deputy Manager within a care setting
✓NVQ Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care [or equivalent]
✓Sound knowledge of care standards and regulatory requirements
✓Strong leadership and management skills
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✓Ability to work effectively as part of a team
