We are currently looking to recruit a Early Help Practitioner within a Childrens Social Services in the Bournemouth area.
Responsibilities include:
identify children and families who would benefit from early help
undertake an assessment of the need for early help
provide targeted early help services to address the assessed needs of a child and their family which focuses on activity to improve the outcomes for the child

Experience preferred:
Minimum of 12 months' experience of working within the Health and Social Care sector as a Early Help Practitioner in the UK.

Minimum Requirements:
1 year experience in a similar role within the UK
Enhanced DBS/CRB [we can obtain for you]
Eligibility to work in the UK
