Description✓Early Help Practitioner - Bournemouth
✓We are currently looking to recruit a Early Help Practitioner within a Childrens Social Services in the Bournemouth area.
✓Responsibilities include:
✓identify children and families who would benefit from early help
✓undertake an assessment of the need for early help
✓provide targeted early help services to address the assessed needs of a child and their family which focuses on activity to improve the outcomes for the child
✓Levels of need and continuum of support - Thresholds
✓Getting support
✓Bournemouth Early Help Assessment and Support Plan
✓Issues affecting children and families
✓Workforce development programme
✓Free tools and resources for working with children.
✓Young people and their parents
✓Experience preferred:
✓Minimum of 12 months' experience of working within the Health and Social Care sector as a Early Help Practitioner in the UK.
✓The team:
✓Well-structured organised team, growing their staffing levels
✓Minimum Requirements:
✓1 year experience in a similar role within the UK
✓Enhanced DBS/CRB [we can obtain for you]
✓Eligibility to work in the UK
