Full Time [37.5 hours per week]
About the role
You will report to the Governance Manager and will be required to support the Executive team with preparing documents and taking minutes
In addition, you will be the primary point of contact for Board and Committee members, ensuring they have all they need to fulfil their duties
You will assist coordinating skills assessment and succession planning of Board members and support the company secretary maintain and update the register of shareholder membership and gifts and hospitality register
Further to this you will have the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines, arranging timely dispatch/upload of papers and follow up of actions
About you

Educated to A Level or equivalent
*
Experience of supporting a Director /Company Secretary
*
Knowledge in organising and administering meetings and taking accurate concise minutes
*
Strong interpersonal skills, including diplomacy and ability to influence and persuade
*
Demonstrable experience and ability of managing projects
*
Able to understand and respond clearly and sensitively to the needs and concerns of key stakeholders
*
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*
Good time management, demonstrable ability to prioritise and organise appropriately
