✓Fixed Term 12 Months Contract
✓Full Time [37.5 hours per week]
✓About the role
✓You will report to the Governance Manager and will be required to support the Executive team with preparing documents and taking minutes
✓In addition, you will be the primary point of contact for Board and Committee members, ensuring they have all they need to fulfil their duties
✓You will assist coordinating skills assessment and succession planning of Board members and support the company secretary maintain and update the register of shareholder membership and gifts and hospitality register
✓Further to this you will have the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines, arranging timely dispatch/upload of papers and follow up of actions
✓About you
✓*
✓Educated to A Level or equivalent
✓*
✓Experience of supporting a Director /Company Secretary
✓*
✓Knowledge in organising and administering meetings and taking accurate concise minutes
✓*
✓Strong interpersonal skills, including diplomacy and ability to influence and persuade
✓*
✓Demonstrable experience and ability of managing projects
✓*
✓Able to understand and respond clearly and sensitively to the needs and concerns of key stakeholders
✓*
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✓*
✓Good time management, demonstrable ability to prioritise and organise appropriately
