Health Care Assistant
Description✓Healthcare Assistant
✓Pay rate: £13 per hour.
✓Location: 25 minute drive from Leicester City centre.
✓Working Hours: 3 wake nights per a week.
✓Komplex Care are recruiting for dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our team in the Syston, Leicester area.
✓Must hold a full UK driving licence
✓Care experience is required due to the high care needs of this package
✓Ideally you will have experience with nebulisers, cough assists
✓suction, LVR bag and manual chest clearing.
✓We provide comprehensive clinical training and an extensive induction programme, overseen by registered nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Healthcare Assistant.
✓You'll be providing care and support to a male, who's individual needs include:
✓Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy
✓Non-invasive ventilation 24 hours per day
✓Nebulisers
✓LVR Bag
✓Manual techniques & use of a clearway cough assist device
✓Occasional suction
✓Later stages of heart failure
✓Has Autism, depression & anxiety
