Healthcare Tutor/Coach - North West
Description✓We have an excellent opportunity with a quality driven provider of skills and apprenticeship training for a Healthcare/ Health and Social Care Trainer - Coach to join their team
✓This is a hybrid role with a predominately remote delivery model.
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓* Assessing and supporting a caseload of learners working towards their Adult Care and Healthcare apprenticeship standards up to L5
✓* Delivering through blended learning and a variety of different assessment methods
✓* Providing support, advice and guidance to learners through their qualifications, ensuring they successfully complete them in a timely manner
✓* Preparing, agreeing and reviewing individual assessment plans with learners
✓* Completing all administration as required
✓The ideal candidate will be a qualified Trainer Assessor with a working knowledge of Health & Social Care and/ or Healthcare apprenticeship standards
✓Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to plan and organise your own time whilst working remotely.
✓Qualifications
✓* Assessing and/or Teaching qualifications
✓* Relevant Healthcare/ Health & Social Care qualifications to L5
✓* Possess or working towards a minimum of level 2 in English, Maths and ICT
