✓Rocasa Consulting is recruiting for a Project Worker to join the team of a dynamic and vibrant Homeless Hostel in Ealing, West London.
✓The service provides support to customers struggling with homelessness, substance misuse and mental health issues.
✓Details:
✓Job type: temporary with open ended contract
✓Pay rate: £15 per hour umbrella
✓Shift pattern: 12h shifts [8am-8.30pm], on a pattern of 3 days on and 4 off per week
✓Key responsibilities:
✓* The job will require the delivery of individual, positive outcome focused support packages to the clients
✓* You will ensure that the support service promotes empowerment and independence
✓* To be part of a staff team that is committed to the best practice in the social housing field
✓* You will be proactive when working with clients to achieve their personalised support outcomes
✓* Assisting clients with day-to-day tenancy issues, payment of rent, claiming benefits, repairing units to let
✓Requirements:
✓* Experience working with vulnerable client groups
✓* Experience delivering structured support in either housing or social care
✓* Experience working with a caseload of clients
✓* Social housing experience [desirable]
