Description✓Leaving Care Personal Advisor required in Bradford
✓Fantastic opportunity to make a difference to the lives are care leavers in the area!
✓This position is:
✓* Full time - 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
✓* Initial 6 month contract
✓* ASAP start
✓The main focus of work within this role will be to support young people who are "Looked After" [in care] or have recently left care, to consider all the important component parts that make up their individual lives, in order to maximise their life opportunities and reach their full potential.
✓You will be supporting these young people through times of major transitions from childhood to adulthood, and therefore having a huge impact on their development
✓This will include direct work to enable and empower young people to make decisions in their lives and to self advocate.
