At a time of considerable transformational change for the organisation we are looking to recruit a Lettings Advisor to join the Lettings Team.
In housing you can make a real difference, the role of Lettings Advisor will involve:

Being responsible for marketing properties to attract new customer in accordance with the lettings policy.

Delivering sustainable lettings through effective shortlisting and eligibility assessments ensuring that new customers are able to sustain their tenancies.
*
Analysing performance to ensure timescales and targets are achieved.
*
Ensuring processes work effectively to deliver high quality services, customer satisfaction and value for money.
As Lettings Advisor, we need you to have:

Ability to manage, organise and prioritise workload

Ability to demonstrate commitment to excellent customer services in all activities

Being highly self-motivated, acting with integrity and showing drive and enthusiasm
