✓At a time of considerable transformational change for the organisation we are looking to recruit a Lettings Advisor to join the Lettings Team.
✓In housing you can make a real difference, the role of Lettings Advisor will involve:

✓Being responsible for marketing properties to attract new customer in accordance with the lettings policy.
✓*
✓Delivering sustainable lettings through effective shortlisting and eligibility assessments ensuring that new customers are able to sustain their tenancies.
✓*
✓Analysing performance to ensure timescales and targets are achieved.
✓*
✓Ensuring processes work effectively to deliver high quality services, customer satisfaction and value for money.
✓As Lettings Advisor, we need you to have:
✓*
✓Ability to manage, organise and prioritise workload
✓*
✓Ability to meet targets and deadlines
✓*
✓Ability to demonstrate commitment to excellent customer services in all activities
✓*
✓Being highly self-motivated, acting with integrity and showing drive and enthusiasm
