✓Our business is going through very exciting changes and we are now looking for a Transformation Programme Co-Ordinator to join our team
✓As part of this role you will manage the delivery of transformation activity for Places For People and drive strategic growth and improvement.
✓You will work with the Director of Transformation to support the long-term Strategy and Planning process to create efficient and deliverable programmes of work to meet agreed requirements whilst putting the customer first.
✓You will create reports and presentation to a high quality alongside attending and coordinating regular project and workstream meetings with stakeholders to continually monitor progress of projects through project plans, Teams and face to face meetings.
✓Please note: This is a Fixed Term role to end October 2024

✓You will have excellent communications skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and key stakeholders
✓Including a high level of both written and verbal communication skills that can be used to effectively engage, inform, and influence a range of target audiences.
✓To be considered you will have experience of change projects and governance requirements
✓You should have meticulous attention to detail, be organised and have a commitment to quality
✓You should be able to work well in a virtual team environment.
