The Role
The vacancy is that of a Project Support Worker; the contract for this role is to last 3-months before consideration for permanence. 
Pay rate for this job is £14.00 per hour.
This is a full-time job; 37.5 hours per week, with social working hours between Monday & Friday, 9AM to 5PM. 
Your role will be based in a male-only project service, supporting victims of modern day slavery and human trafficking
As such, this role can only consider male applicants.   The Responsibilities
Providing pro-active service and advice to victims of trafficking, keeping them and their families safe and well.
Identifying and assessing risks of trafficked victims, using an evidence-based risk assessment process.
Advocating for high-risk victims to various agencies, to address abuse and relevant support frameworks.
Supporting of clients, ensuring each individual receives relevant and sufficient support in identified areas. 
The Requirements
Proven experience in supporting clients with complex needs, ensuring they receive ample support for identified requirements.
Ability to assess relevant risks and continue to prevent abuse, whilst providing a holistic support service to adults and young people in need.
Understanding or handling in relevant service-user themes of human trafficking, sexual abuse, domestic violence etc. 
The Desirables
Qualifications in or equivalent to a Level 3 Health & Social Care NVQ or Certificate in Fighting Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking.
Extensive understanding of appropriate legal advice with regards to immigration status or working with refugees.
