✓Requirements:
✓Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration [SWE] and professional qualification [Essential]
✓Extensive experience in adult social work, including working with individuals in a hospital or healthcare setting.
✓Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and associated statutory frameworks
