Quality Analyst

The Quality Analyst will be collating, interpreting and preparing a wide range of monthly care quality reports to provide operational oversight, performance and highlight any risk within the care portfolio.
This role requires someone who has advanced Excel skills, and someone who is confident in analysing data, looking at patterns and trends and understands CQC Inspections
We are looking for someone who can proactively identify and propose practical solutions and recommendations for system and reporting changes
Someone who can develop user friendly, workable, and bespoke solutions in partnership with operational colleagues in response to emerging risks and trends, legislative/regulatory changes, data capture and best practice.
You will be providing first line support and guidance to the operational support team colleagues in relation to the interpretation of data and the effective use of systems and processes.
They will work with the Operations Manager/s and central support functions to ensure that the Registered Managers are well supported to achieve quality targets and empowered to deliver outstanding support to everyone we support.
The Quality Analyst will take overall responsibility and ownership of all quality and compliance reporting across the group and work with colleagues to support the delivery of the strategic aims of the business by:
Ensuring our services achieve high quality outcomes for the people we support.
Compliance with UK regulations and achieving ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ ratings with the CQC.
Leadership
Take ownership of the day to day function of our assurance and care planning systems and reporting function
Support the Quality Assurance & Improvement team but collating information and reports as required
Assist in the design and development of risk profiling of services using both hard and soft intelligence data
Ideally have experience in the care sector, understand CQC regulation
Be able to work alongside a wide range of key stakeholders to understand reporting needs and propose user friendly solutions.
Quality and Compliance
Be confident in analysing, interpreting and presenting complex information to a high standard for business leaders
Be able to propose system and process improvements to enhance analysis reporting
Able to work with IT colleague to develop bespoke solutions
Manage the CQC registration function for new and changing services and support managers in their CQC interviews
Keep oversight of governance compliance and alert the relevant people to any concerns
Assist in meeting compliance requirements in Economic Social and Governance and DSPT assessments and develop routine reporting to track improvements
Ensure homes comply with all regulatory and legal requirements through routine reporting and liaising directly with services.
Establish effective relationships with people we support, relatives and other stakeholders.
Maintain a proactive, transparent, constructive and positive approach to learning opportunities and develop opportunities for improvement.
Working Environment
Home based with frequent travel within region, or more widely, if required by the business.
Flexible working approach required to meet the needs of the business with occasional night visits expected.
Participation in on-call, regional management rota.
Required to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
