✓We are looking for a Registered Manager for a new Provision based in Southwest London.
✓We are looking for a Registered Manager to manage a brand-new service supporting children with EBD and Mild LD for a children's home in Southwest London.
✓To apply you must have extensive knowledge of the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and the Quality Standards and must be familiar with Ofsted SCCIF and leading on Inspections.
✓We are a growing Company and want to expand our current services to include Ofsted Registered Children’s Home
✓The successful candidate will be supported by an experienced Responsible Individual.
✓The hours of work are normally Monday-Friday [40 hours per week] this position is permanent and there is an expectation for Managers to carry out on call duties on evenings on weekends on a rota basis.
✓Qualifications / Experience / Skills.
✓In line with Regulation 28 of the Children’s Homes Regulations.
✓Within the last 5 years, worked for at least 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children.
✓Worked for at least one year in a role requiring the supervision and management of staff working in a care role.
✓You should hold or be willing to work towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare [England]
✓Applicants must have a thorough knowledge of all legislation relating to Children’s Homes [Children’s Act / Quality Standards / Children’s Homes Regulations].
